Ingredients
- Oats (in the husk) – 200 g
- Water (purified) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the washed oats with cold water for 6 hours.
Drain the water, spread the grain out to dry on a towel.
Put dry oats through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Pour cold water and boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside for half an hour.
Strain the resulting mass through a double layer of gauze and serve on the table.
