- Melissa - 1 tsp.
- Bird cherry - 1 tsp.
- Chamomile flowers - 1 tsp.
- Rosehip - 1 tbsp.l .
- Thyme - 1 art.l.
- Water (filtered) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rosehip, lemon balm, cherry, chamomile and thyme pour into a saucepan.
Pour in cold water and bring to a boil over low heat.
Remove from heat, cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Strain the tea through a strainer and pour into cups.
