Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 2 tsp.
- Cream cheese - 50 g
- Cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water - 150 ml
- Sugar - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour ground coffee into the turk and fill with cold water.
Simmer for 2 minutes, remove to the side and insist for 1 minute.
Mix cream cheese, cream and freshly brewed coffee.
Using a special mixer, beat the coffee well.
Pour the drink into a cup and add sugar to taste.
