What could be more pleasant in the morning than the aroma of freshly brewed coffee spreading through the apartment? Just slowly enjoy an invigorating drink. Any real coffee lover knows the secrets of making delicious coffee in Turkey. Today we will cook it together.

Ingredients

  • Ground coffee - 1,5 tsp.
  • Water - 80 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - optional
  • Salt - at the tip of the knife

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour the required amount of finely ground coffee into the turk.

If you prefer sweet coffee, add sugar.

Pour cold water into the turk so that it reaches the narrow part of the turk.

Stir the contents and put the turkey on a small fire.

If desired, you can add your favorite spices and spices to the prepared drink (but do not overdo it!), and in order for the drink to reveal its flavor even more, baristas and avid coffee lovers advise adding a few salt crystals to the coffee (this will not affect the taste of the drink in any way).

As soon as foam begins to appear on the surface of the drink, remove the turk from the heat and let the foam settle a little. Then put the turkey back on the fire. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times. It is important not to let the coffee boil in the turk!

To make the finished coffee taste delicious longer, I advise you to warm up the cup before serving in any convenient way. Now carefully, in a thin trickle, pour the coffee from the Turkey into the cup, trying to preserve the foam as much as possible. Serve the coffee immediately, hot.
