There are simply no unsuccessful compotes. How can a combination of fresh fruits and berries be unsuccessful? But still, among all the recipes, sometimes there are slightly more winning ones. For example, my family is just delighted with this compote. Almost non-alcoholic mulled wine!
Ingredients
- Apricots - 300 g
- Apples - 300 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Cherry - 300 g
- Black Currant - 300 g
- Blueberries - 300 g
- Water - 3 l
- Sugar - 1-1.5 glasses
- Honey - 4 tbsp.l.
- Cinnamon - 3 sticks
- Star anise - 3 asterisks
- Carnation - 6 buds
- Coriander - 3 boxes
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice all the fruits, rinse the berries and cover everything with sugar.
Leave for 5 minutes, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Add all the spices and cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add honey and let the drink brew a little under the lid.
