Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 3-4 tsp.
- Ginger - 2-3 slice
- Sugar - 1-2 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Send coffee, sugar and thinly sliced ginger to Turku.
Fill with cold water and cook the coffee over low heat until the first bubbles.
Strain the coffee and pour into cups.
