Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ginger into slices, fill with water, boil for 10 minutes and strain this water.
Bring it to a boil again and add randomly chopped apples.
Cook the compote for another 10-15 minutes until the desired taste.
A couple of minutes before the end, add honey and mix.
