Ingredients
- Ice - 2 handfuls
- Rum (white) – 50 ml
- Lime - 80 g
- Mint - 3 twigs
- Sugar syrup - 15 ml
- Soda - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the lime into slices, tear off the mint leaves and mash everything in a glass.
Crush the ice into crumbs and pour it in there.
Pour in the syrup and rum, top up the soda and mix gently.
