Ingredients
- Sorrel - 200 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and dry the sorrel.
Remove the stems and chop it arbitrarily.
Add sugar and fill the sorrel with water.
Bring to a boil and boil the compote for 2-3 minutes.
Strain it through a sieve.
