You can talk as much as you like about the fact that smoothies are just a fashion trend. But in addition, it is also a very convenient and healthy snack in a hurry. And personally, I'm not ready to give them up anymore. Sharing my favorite pumpkin smoothie recipe!
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 100 g
- Bananas - 0.5 pieces
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Chia seeds - 1 tbsp.l.
- Almonds (ground) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, finely chop and boil for about 20 minutes in water or steamed. You can bake in the oven until soft – as you like.
Pour the chia seeds into a bowl and add 3-4 tablespoons of water or coconut milk. Leave for 20-30 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.
Put all the ingredients, except chia, in a blender and whisk for about 30 seconds at minimum speed.
Add the chia seeds to the blender and whisk for another 20-30 seconds.
