Beautiful bottles with green salsa sauce are often found on store shelves. It is not necessary to buy them, because Mexican seasoning is prepared simply and quickly. I share with you a proven recipe. You can serve it with different dishes, as well as with crackers and corn chips.
Ingredients
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Chili pepper (green) – 2 pod
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Parsley - 5 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the chili pepper and Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and cut into large pieces.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into 4 parts.
Put olives, parsley, both types of peppers, onions and green onions in a blender bowl. Grind to a slightly inhomogeneous state.
Add olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and mix well.
