- Zucchini - 700 g
- Tomato paste - 250 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves

- Sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini, chop the onion, add salt and sugar, and simmer everything together for half an hour.
Add the tomato paste and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for another 20 minutes.
Grind the ketchup with a blender until smooth.
