Wash the plums, cut in half and remove the seeds.

Pass the plums through a meat grinder and transfer to a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Bring to a boil over low heat. Add sugar, salt, utsho-suneli and ground coriander. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chop mint, garlic, chili pepper and nuts in a blender.

Add the resulting mixture to the pan with plums and cook for another 20 minutes.

Pour the finished mass into jars and cover with lids. The sauce will be ready in a day.
