Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper (yellow) – 2 pieces
- Garlic - 0.5 heads
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Apples - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the apple, tomatoes, pepper and garlic through a meat grinder.
Rub through a sieve and bring to a boil.
Add all the spices and boil the ketchup to the desired thickness for about half an hour.
