Ordinary frozen mussels are perfect for this recipe. Take any leafy greens to taste – spinach, basil, arugula, salad mix. Great Mediterranean-style dish!
Ingredients
- Basil (or other leaves) – 2 handfuls
- Mussels - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels in a hot frying pan for literally 3-4 minutes, stirring.
Thinly slice the onion, tomatoes and pepper. Add the basil and season the salad with olive oil.
