For this recipe you will need a jar of canned baby corn. I advise you to spend a little time and still find it, because it is a very interesting self-sufficient ingredient and a nice addition to a salad with mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 200 g
- Corn (canned) – 200 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Teriyaki sauce - 3 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Pickled ginger - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop all the ingredients, including Peking cabbage and fresh zucchini.
Add chopped garlic and ginger, sprinkle with sesame oil.
Season the salad with teriyaki sauce.
