Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Corn - 200 g
- Sprouted grains - 1 handful
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken and marinate in soy sauce with spices for 15 minutes. Fry until tender.
Slice pineapple, randomly chop lettuce, add corn and sprouts.
Mix the salad with the chicken.
