- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the carrots and peeled onions.
Fry the vegetables in oil until soft.
Add tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, ground pepper, shrimp shells and garlic passed through the press.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes under the lid.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender, and then rub through a sieve.
