Ingredients
- Dogwood - 500 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the dogwood with water, boil until soft and rub through a sieve.
Chop the chili and garlic.
Mix all the ingredients and boil the sauce for about 10 more minutes.
Rub through a sieve again.
