There are many variations of the recipe. Avocado sauce is often prepared with garlic, onion, sour cream and herbs. I prefer the pure taste of buttery fruit, so I use a minimal amount of additives.
Ingredients
- Avocado (large) – 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Cut the fruit pulp into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Place the avocado in a bowl and puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add salt, oil and mix well.
