Ingredients
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 1 glass
- Capers - 1 tsp.
- Pickled cucumbers - 50 g
- Shallots - 1 piece
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate cucumbers, finely chop capers and chop shallots and green onions.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together.
Season the tartare to taste.
