One of the main secrets of delicious and tender pork ribs on the grill is a properly selected marinade. Of course, here you can experiment a lot with combinations and ingredients. But I have one particularly successful recipe. Catch it!
Ingredients
- Dijon mustard - 6 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 3 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Honey - 6 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the garlic.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
Marinate the ribs for at least an hour.
