- Carrots - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Tomato paste - 3 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate carrots on a fine grater, peel onions and finely chop.
Put the vegetables in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
Mix water, tomato paste and sour cream.
Pour the billet into a frying pan with vegetables, add spices, salt and garlic passed through the press.
Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
