In Thailand, food is often seasoned with spicy additives. This helps to tolerate heat more easily and protects the body well from infections. Fortunately, we do not face such tasks. We will prepare Thai sauce to decorate the usual dishes with an exotic taste.
Ingredients
- Chili pepper - 2 pod
- Garlic - 20 g
- Ginger - 10 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Zest (laima) – 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Sesame oil - 20 ml
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop chili pepper, peeled ginger, onion and garlic in a blender.
Rub the spices and lime zest in a mortar.
Put the fragrant mixture on a dry frying pan and fry for 1 minute.
Mix soy sauce, oil, chili pepper, sea salt and fried spices. Stir, cover with cling film and insist for 10-15 minutes.
