To all lovers of spicy exotic cuisine, I highly recommend a spicy and savory chutney sauce. It is not the most common among us, and absolutely in vain, because it is very tasty and suitable for any dishes, and even just for bread.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 700 g
- Brown Sugar - 100 g
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp.l .
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 20 ml
- Salt - 5 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry in a small amount of oil.
Add mustard seeds and simmer for 2 minutes under the lid.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the chopped chili and the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer the chutney for 5 minutes and reduce the heat to a minimum.
After that, simmer it for up to an hour to the desired consistency, stirring from time to time.
