Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Add salt, ginger, garlic and oil passed through the press.
Mix well with your hands and leave under the cling film for 1 hour.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the wings and bake for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
