- Onion - 0.5 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the onion and potatoes, squeeze and add to the minced meat.
Peel the tomato, chop it finely and add it to the same place.
Add spices, egg and flour according to consistency, and mix.
Spread the cutlets on a hot frying pan with a spoon and fry on both sides.
