A simple and beautiful salad with chicken and pomegranate will decorate any festive feast. I advise you to add a few handfuls of walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts. And what else will be by the way – I'll tell you further.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Garnet - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
- Nuts - 80 g
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Yogurt (or mayonnaise) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken and eggs. Cut them as small as possible.
Cut the pineapples and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Disassemble the pomegranate into grains and chop the nuts.
Lay out layers of chicken, pineapples, eggs and cheese. And on top – nuts and pomegranate.
Coat the layers with yogurt or mayonnaise.
