Wonderful satsebeli sauce, which is made in Georgian from tomatoes and pepper with seasonings, can be used with fish, meat, shish kebab or simply spread on bread.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 300 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 50 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 h.l .
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and peel all the vegetables well. Put the vegetables through a meat grinder.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and put it on medium heat.
Stir constantly. When the sauce boils, add salt, sugar and spices. Cook the sauce for another 10 minutes.
Chop the cilantro. Sprinkle the finished sauce with coriander, mix and serve with meat, fish or bread.
