- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix half of the pomegranate juice with sugar, bring to a boil and boil twice.
Dilute the starch in the remaining pomegranate juice.
Slowly pour the starch into the pomegranate syrup and mix.
Add the chopped cilantro, garlic and the remaining ingredients.
Boil the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
