Ingredients
- Chili pepper - 8 pieces
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Water - 360 ml
- Wine vinegar - 120 ml
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Corn Starch - 2 art.l.
- Water (for starch) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chili and garlic in a blender.
Add water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil and boil the sauce for 20 minutes on low heat.
Mix starch and water. Add to the sauce, stirring.
Boil it for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
