Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 350 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash, peel and coarsely chop the pumpkin, tomatoes, peppers and onions.
Put all the vegetables and garlic cloves on foil on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with spices.
Bake vegetables for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Peel the peppers and tomatoes, put all the ingredients in a blender and grind until smooth.
Add lemon juice and more spices to taste
