The original recipe uses a lot of hot pepper. I decided to reduce its amount to my taste and add greens. I really like this version of the sauce for Chinese dumplings. I advise you to try it too!
Ingredients
- Hot red pepper - half-string
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - half
- Greenery (any) – 10 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the herbs, onion, hot pepper and peeled garlic.
In a small saucepan, mix water, soy sauce, oil and vinegar.
Boil for 1 minute. Add the onion, herbs, hot pepper, garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Turn off the heat, add salt and pepper. Stir in the Chinese sauce and cool.
