In fasting or with a vegan diet, it is not at all necessary to give up any dishes and supplements. Even mayonnaise can be adapted. For example, you can cook it from aquafaba – from the liquid left after cooking chickpea beans. It has a smooth and creamy texture reminiscent of classic mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Aquafaba - 60 ml
  • Mustard - 10 g
  • Salt - 2 g
  • Ground black pepper - 1 g
  • Vegetable oil - 200 ml
  • Lemon juice - 25 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the butter.

Carefully sew.

Gradually pour in the oil, continuing to beat, until the desired consistency of mayonnaise.
