This sauce is specially made for pasta, but it also goes well with chicken and fish. The sauce can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and heated in a frying pan before serving.

Ingredients

  • Cream (20%) – 200 ml
  • Parmesan - 50 g
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Pour in the cream and bring it almost to a boil over low heat, but do not boil it.

Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater and add to the cream.

Continue to warm up the sauce, stirring until the cheese is completely melted.
