Ingredients
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Spinach (baby) – 200 g
- Roquefort Cheese - 150 g
- Walnuts - 1 glass
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pineapple and cheese into small pieces.
Wash the spinach, shake it off and put it on a towel to dry.
Lightly dry the walnuts in a frying pan.
Mix spinach, salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
Add cheese, pineapples, walnuts and mix again.
