Today we will prepare a hearty meat salad. Let's take as a basis a win-win combination of chicken and pineapple. You can fill it with mayonnaise, but I prefer to add it in half with sour cream. It is not worth storing such a dish for longer than 5-6 hours.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 350 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 3 pieces
- Pineapple - 150 g
- Celery (stems) – 150 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, cucumbers, pineapples and celery stalks.
Put the corn in a colander and rinse under running water.
Mix chicken fillet, corn, pineapples, cucumbers and celery.
Add ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise, sour cream and mix.
