Even from a few simple ingredients, you can make a really amazing salad. For example, here is an option with orange and beetroot. I advise you to boil or bake beets in advance so as not to waste time.
Ingredients
- Arugula - 100 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Walnuts - 40 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the beets until tender – this is about an hour for a medium-sized root vegetable.
Peel the orange, disassemble into slices and remove all the films with a thin sharp knife.
Randomly chop the beets, chop the nuts with a knife, rinse the arugula and mix the ingredients.
Season the salad to taste and season with olive oil and balsamic. If you are cooking for a child, balsamic and pepper can be removed.
