There are many ways to make okroshka more satisfying. For example, add some beans. I prefer to use canned food because it doesn't need to be cooked. If you have dry, soak and boil it in advance.
Ingredients
- Beans (canned) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sausage - 250 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Radish - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Kefir - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the hard-boiled eggs and let them cool.
Cut them into cucumbers and sausage into small cubes. Chop the greens, grate the radish.
Wash the beans, mix the ingredients and season to taste.
Pour the okroshka with kefir.
