The simplest recipe for a quick soup from the same simple ingredients. I cook it when I don't have the energy and time for something complicated. For taste, you can add a little dry fish broth of khondashi, if a bag is lying around at home.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Crab sticks - 100 g
- Butter - 2 art.l.
- Water - 1.5 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and send them to boiling water.
While the potatoes are cooking, chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry them in butter for 5-7 minutes.
Send the vegetables to the potatoes and boil everything together for another 15 minutes.
After that, add the chopped crab sticks and spices, and after another 5 minutes, remove the soup from the heat and serve.
