Parsnip soup will surprise even experienced gourmets. Unusual color, taste and consistency – everything is interesting in it. I admit right away, this dish is for an amateur. But I recommend that you try to cook it at least once to form your own opinion!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the onion and garlic, and fry until transparent.

Add grated ginger and spices, stir and fry for another minute.

Add the chopped parsnips and fry for another 5 minutes.

Fill with water so that it completely covers the vegetables. Cook until soft for about 25 minutes.

Add the grated apple, pour in the milk and cream, and bring to a boil again.

Chop the soup with a blender and add spices to taste.
