Meat salad with pickled cucumbers, green peas and boiled vegetables

This salad is more suitable for the cold season. It is hearty and products for it are easy to find in the store even in winter. Use any meat: pork, beef or chicken. Boil it just before serving, so that the dish turns out fresh.
Ingredients
- Meat (boiled) – 300 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 200 g
- Green peas (canned) – 1 bank
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the meat, cucumbers, peeled potatoes, carrots and onions.
Flip the green peas into a colander and rinse.
Mix everything, add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
