- Broccoli - 200 g

- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Corn - 120 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam

- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the barley until cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil them for 3-5 minutes until soft.
Chop the mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Chop the pepper, chop the greens, add the corn and mix all the ingredients.
Season the salad to taste and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
