Borscht is one of the few first courses that almost everyone loves. But not everyone likes it when it turns out to be too fat and heavy. This is very easy to avoid if you cook without frying. This time I adapted the recipe of Ukrainian borscht.
Ingredients
- Beef - 350 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Beetroot - 3 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beef for about an hour on low heat.
Cut all the vegetables into thin strips and send them to boiling broth.
Cook the borscht for about 20 minutes and season at the end.
