The popular Mimosa salad has not lost its position for many years. During this time, dozens of new interesting recipes have appeared. Recently, for example, I tried Mimosa with crab sticks, corn and canned food. Very tasty and unusual!
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 240 g
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Corn (canned) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 1 twig
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash canned fish together with butter with a fork.
Chop crab sticks and peeled onion.
Peel the eggs from the shell, separate the whites from the yolks and grate.
Peel potatoes, carrots, grate on a coarse grater.
Put the potatoes on the bottom of a deep plate, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Next are layers of canned food, onions and carrots. Again pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out a layer of proteins and crab sticks.
Sprinkle the salad with yolks, garnish with corn and dill.
