You can cut the ingredients into cubes or approach this issue more original. For example, cucumbers, beets and fish cut into thin slices and roll up nicely. It is better to put the feta in a whole piece in the middle of the finished salad and decorate with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Red Fish (low salt) – 100 g
  • Feta - 150 g
  • Beetroot (boiled) – 1 piece
  • Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
  • Greenery (any) – 30 g
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
  • Sea salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop beets, red fish and cucumbers.

Mix everything, add herbs, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice.

Put the salad on a plate, place a piece of feta in the center.
