- Beef (boiled) – 300 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop beef, greens, peeled potatoes and eggs.
Rinse the prunes and pour hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes with a paper towel and chop.
Mix potatoes, beef, eggs, prunes and herbs.
