In the fall, when fragrant persimmons appear on sale, I definitely cook a salad from it. I really like its sweet taste in combination with shrimp, mozzarella, arugula and tangerines. Try it, it's incredibly delicious and simple!
Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled) – 300 g
- Mozzarella (perlini) – 250 g
- Persimmon (large) – 1 piece
- Tangerines - 300 g
- Salad mix - 50 g
- Arugula - half-pack
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Corn oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the persimmon into thin plates.
Peel the tangerines, disassemble them into slices and remove the films. Should not get large pieces of pulp.
Wash the arugula, salad mix, shake it off and put it on a towel to dry.
Mix a mix of salads, arugula, shrimp, mozzarella, tangerines and persimmons.
Add corn oil, salt, ground pepper and mix gently.
