Of course, this recipe cannot be called traditionally Korean. This is rather our home experiment on the theme of Asian cuisine. But nevertheless, the finished dish with Korean carrots and sausage turns out to be very bright, tasty and spicy.
Ingredients
- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Corn - 1 bank
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces

Boil the eggs until tender and finely chop.
Cut the sausage into strips and chop the greens.
Add corn and Korean carrots, and stir the salad.
