Ingredients
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Fig (boiled) – 150 g
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut salmon and peeled avocado into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel the eggs, divide into whites and yolks.
Mash the yolks with a fork, grate the whites and cheese.
Using a cooking ring, lay out layers of rice, processed cheese, proteins, avocado and salmon. After each layer, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the yolks thickly on top. Insist the finished salad for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.
